The City of Greenbelt has partnered with Preferred Title & Escrow to provide a $15,000 Grant for first-time homebuyers interested in purchasing a home in Greenbelt Homes, Inc. (GHI). The goal is sustainable and affordable housing for low-to-moderate-income homebuyers.
Qualified residents are required to be existing Greenbelt residents who have been renting within the City limits over the past 12 months and meet the income eligibility requirements.

1 to 2: $170,760.00
3 or more: $199,220.00
