Project Description
The Greenbelt Business Improvement Recovery Fund Round III, offers financial assistance to local small businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. This grant supports capacity building efforts, along with certain operating expenses related to business interruption, improvements and continuity. Applicants must meet eligibility guidelines and provide evidence of financial impact due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Application Information
Eligibility
- Awardees must be a business, cooperative, contractor, or self-employed individual, physically located in the City of Greenbelt, and follow all Federal, State, County and City laws, codes, rules and regulations at the time of application.
- Awardees must have been a legal business entity and fully operating prior to March 13, 2020, which is date that COVID-19 was declared an emergency by the federal government.
- Awardees must have a current City business license (if applicable), and are fully operational prior to the disbursement of grant funds.
- Awardees of this program cannot receive funding from other ARPA-funded City grant programs from the Economic Development Department within this fiscal year (FY 23 July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023)
